All your deliverys are handled with care,we take 100% of any damage caused when delivering. Any defects for export sets shall be confirmed when delivery is made. For self collect , we would do all checks on your phone before its handed over to you. For local set with 1 year or more warranty, any defects in phone or damage done, you can head to the showroom of the phone.

For export sets we only claim responsibility while its still in our. Refurbished product have a warranty of 2 weeks for our laptops. Second hands products will be tested in front of you after that the full responsibility is yours!
